Questions, bugs, or a mistake in the microbiology? Write to coverthebug@gmail.com. For a content error, please say which level or drug, what the game says, and what it should say, ideally with a source.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device, and in your phone’s own backup if that is turned on (Google backup or iCloud), so it can come back on a new phone. There is no Go Narrow account. Deleting the app deletes your progress from the device.
Which guidelines is the content based on?
Mainly EUCAST expected resistant phenotypes and expert rules, the WHO AWaRe antibiotic book, and IDSA guidance on resistant Gram-negative infections. The sources are listed in the app under About.
Medical disclaimer
Go Narrow is for learning only. Antibiotic coverage in the game is simplified. Real prescribing depends on local resistance data, the site of infection, the patient, allergies and dosing. Do not use the app to make treatment decisions: follow your local guidelines and ask your infectious-disease, microbiology or pharmacy team.
